Packaging
We believe the most sustainable packaging is the kind that doesn't need to be manufactured from scratch. Instead of purchasing new plastic, we source and upcycle glass jars. Because of this, you may notice label residue, original branding, or outdated dates on the lids. Please remember that, nonetheless, every single jar and lid is thoroughly sterilised and inspected to meet our strict standards. We see these little imperfections not as flaws, but as a badge of our commitment to waste reduction.
As a new small business, we are actively looking for further improvements, so our packaging style may evolve in the future. We look forward to growing and finding even better ways to serve you, your dog, and our planet.
Storage
Our glass jars are excellent for preserving freshness, but how you store them makes a difference, too.
To ensure your pup gets that perfect "crunch" every time, we recommend you keep the treats in an airtight container. The glass jars provided are perfect for this, but you can move them to a different container at home - just ensure it has a strong seal to keep the moisture out.
Always store your treats in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
